New Castle is a 400,000 square foot plant on 30 acres. The plant is equipped with primary & secondary crushing and grinding equipment, as well as mineral separation and briquetting equipment. The plant is served by both rail and truck.

McKees Rocks, PA
McKees Rocks is a primary and secondary crushing, grinding and blending plant for metallurgical additives. The major products we produce at this site arrive by barge, rail, and truck. Finished products include calcium aluminates, calcium silicates, aluminas, aluminum silicates, silicon carbides, silicons and magnesium oxides. Our processing equipment includes jaw, cone, vertical shaft impact mill and roll crusher circuits along with a variety of screening and sizing circuits. We occupy about 250,000 square feet of inside storage at McKees Rocks, which is used for storage and processing of products.

Schenley, PA
Our Schenley plant is a specialty manufacturing site with 240,000 square feet of secure inside storage and manufacturing space on the Allegheny river. This facility is served with barge, rail, and truck service. The Schenley plant is equipped with drying, separation, blending, screening, ceramic lined ball milling and packaging equipment.

Sintertec Division
Our Sintertec division at Muskogee, OK is a Specialty grinding and calcining plant for refractory products. The plant is equipped with a shuttle kiln calciner achieving temperatures to 2400°F. Primary products produced in the shuttle kiln consist of specialty calcium aluminates for the refractory and metallurgical markets. The plant is equipped with a jaw, cone, and hammermill crushing circuit with a 5-deck screen for specialty sizing operations. There are two ceramic lined 4 x 7 foot continuous feed ball mills with an air separator for custom grinding applications. Four ceramic lined batch ball mills are also available for custom grinding. This plant is also equipped with a laser particle size analyzer and an EDAX x-ray fluoresent machine for analytical work. Major products produced at Sintertec include calcium aluminates and alumina products.

Bessemer, AL
Our Bessemer, AL plant is a 30 acre site with 250,000 square feet of inside storage and manufacturing space. Near the Port of Birmingham for barge service, and service by the Birmingham Southern Railroad, this plant is equipped to provide products for both the metallurgical and refractory markets.
